Angela Park (Consulting Partners)
Angela Park is an independent consultant and founder and director of Diversity Matters, a nonprofit organization that aims to make diversity and inclusion foundational assets of environmental and social change leaders and organizations. In addition, she partners with other diversity and organization development firms and is a writer with articles published most recently by Yale University, The Diversity Factor, and Grist Magazine.
Angela brings government, nonprofit, and private sector experience to her expertise on diversity and inclusion, organization development, culture change, sustainable development policy, environmental justice, community development, and leadership. She has testified before Congress and state legislatures; consults to foundations, community-based organizations, national social and environmental policy organizations, Fortune 50 companies, and educational institutions; and lectures at universities across the country. Previously, Angela worked at The White House in both terms of the Clinton/Gore administration, directed state level sustainable development policy initiatives at the Center for Policy Alternatives, and co-founded and served as deputy director of the Environmental Leadership Program. She participated in the inaugural class of the Donella Meadows Leadership Fellows Program, graduated from the NTL Institute's Diversity Practitioner Certificate Program, and was nmed a Young Woman of Achievement by the Women’s Information Network.
Angela has served as director on numerous boards of nonprofit organizations and currently serves on the board of Women’s Voices for the Earth. She lives on an organic farm and 270-acre ecological cohousing community in Vermont.
Amber Mayes (Consulting Partners) Amber L. Mayes is an organization development consultant and coach with over 8 years of experience facilitating the learning and growth of leaders and organizations. Her services include team development, strategic planning, diversity consulting and training, and leadership coaching. Her passion is creating environments where individuals and organizations can optimize their potential and performance.
As a complement to her consulting work, Amber has taught Organization Behavior as an adjunct professor at Bentley College. She is also currently an active member of The NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences where she is involved in researching, presenting, and facilitating sessions on current issues in organization development.
Amber has a particular interest in cross-cultural communication. Her approach to this work has been called "exceptionally insightful and effective in bridging differences between people". Through experiential coaching and training models, Amber facilitates the individual awareness and skill development necessary for effective leadership in today's diverse world.
Amber holds a Masters in Organization Development from American University and a B.A. from Harvard University.
Denise Mateucci (Consulting Partners)
Denise Matteucci is an independent organization development consultant based in the Philadelphia.
Her life’s work experience has taken her from support staff to officer level within the Escrow/Title Industry; from non-profit community fund raiser to owning and operating a small business; from motivational speaker to consulting with corporations in the arenas of diversity, leadership development and culture change. These rich experiences provide Denise with a uniquely inclusive perspective and the ability to connect, support and work with all people at all levels in all organizations.
Over the past twenty years she has focused her energy toward managing diversity, executive coaching and culture change. Denise uses her skills to align with and facilitate client processes in becoming more aware of the dynamics and impact of oppression. She is particularly helpful in assisting others to connect the individual, group and organization levels of diversity. Denise excels in creating positive strategies, at all levels of the organization, to dismantle the “isms”, (racism, sexism, heterosexism, levelism, etc.), and co-create effective, positive culture change.

Denise’s formal education has been gained in Union Institute’s Organization Behavior and Consultation Skills and NTL Institute’s Applied Behavioral Science program.
Nelson Parrish II (Consulting Partners)
Nelson is a respected leader with over 20 years of expertise in developing processes and programs to facilitate personal and organizational transformation. An accomplished speaker and author, he is sought after for strategic and tactical guidance on organizational issues regarding leadership development, diversity, and the management of change to achieve profitability. Client relationships have included The Philadelphia Orchestra, Themes Water Inc., Mathecton School District, Glenmede Trust Co., J.P. Morgan Chase, the Defense Intelligence Agency, Rohmn and Haas, Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center and a host of others. He currently serves has, President of the Parrish Group, Managing Director of Prime Directive Consulting Group.
Prior to his career as a consultant, Mr. Parrish was a manager of people and process in the financial services industry. As former Vice President of Change Management Strategies & Development with CoreStates Financial Corp now Wachovia, one of his achievements was in the design, implementation, and measurement of a large system change process that increased leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and profitability.
Nelson has a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix-Philadelphia and a BA from Millersville University. He is an active alumni member having served as a member of the University’s Scholarship Endowment Board; he continues his commitment thru chairing the Millersville University African American /Latino Alumni Scholarship Fund and has a member of Millersville Alumni Association Board of Directors. Demonstrating a strong commitment to his community, Nelson serves has a volunteer assistant football coach and Fundraising Chair of The Germantown High School Football Alumni Booster Club.
Nelson's greatest achievements to date are his twenty-six year marriage to Diane E. Parrish and being the proud father of Nelson Parrish III, and Alise N. Parrish who are both attending Hampton University.

Dr. Bernardo García is an international leadership coach with over twenty years experience in offering innovative, custom solutions to business challenges through measurable executive coaching, training, and organizational consulting. He has worked with organizations in the U.S., Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
Bernardo has a unique way of bringing simplicity to complicated leadership coaching situations. Feedback consistently draws on his ability to quickly assess business and leadership needs, effectively work with clients to form joint practical solutions with ease of implementation, and challenges current thinking in a supportive manner. He understands the complexities of organizational and national cultures, and works with business leaders to help navigate them better. He balances pragmatic leadership approaches with creative and innovative solutions.
His clients in both domestic and international markets include: Aventis, Avon, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cigna, Citigroup, Colgate, ExxonMobil, Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, Merck, Pfizer, and Wyeth.
Bernardo has a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems-Cross Cultural Studies from the Fielding Institute, and has published his dissertation on the Development of a Gay Latino Identity. Bernardo is a faculty member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, and is on the Executive Coaching staff at Oliver Wyman. He has also delivered several leadership and business strategy presentations at both U.S. and international conferences.
